The right to protection of personal data is primarily a constitutional right, and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the processing of personal data and to regulate the procedures and principles that natural and legal persons processing personal data must comply with.

As the "Data Controller," we attach utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we, as the Site, place great emphasis on the processing and protection of the personal data of our customers, potential customers, visitors, and third parties in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Fully understanding this responsibility, and acting as the "Data Controller" as defined in the KVKK, we process your personal data in the manner described below and within the limits stipulated by the legislation.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or that you otherwise provide to us. We also collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; email; password; computer and connection information; and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to specific pages, page interaction information, and methods used to leave a page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles.

To whom and for what purpose do we transfer the processed personal data?

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business units for the purposes necessary to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our website; and to customize and recommend the products and services offered by our website to you according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, limited to the purposes stated in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy shared with the public on our website.

How do we process personal data, and on what legal grounds?

Your personal data is collected through technical and procedural methods implemented across various channels such as our website, mobile applications, call center, and physical channels; this collection is based on legal grounds arising from and implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, contracts, requests, and principles of good faith, enabling us to provide our services and conduct our activities through these channels. Personal data collected on these legal grounds may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

As data subjects whose personal data is processed by our website, if you submit your requests regarding your rights in accordance with the legislation, our website will process your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.

In this context, the relevant individuals are:

  • To find out whether your personal data is being processed,

  • The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data.

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.

  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.

  • The right to request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

  • Even if personal data has been processed in accordance with Law No. 698 and other relevant laws, the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

  • The right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to oneself, resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.

  • You have the right to claim compensation for damages you have suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698, you must submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to us in accordance with the legislation by filling out the application form that has been made public on our website.
